With over twenty years of service in the Michigan Legislature, Adam Wright is well known and respected on both sides of the aisle. He has worked on various legislative and regulatory matters and has extensive experience navigating the appropriations process.
Prior to joining Midwest Strategy Group, Adam played multiple roles within the Legislature. He served as a Legislative Aide and Legislative Director for three state representatives as well as Chief of Staff for a state senator.
Adam has first-hand experience with local and state government. He was elected as a county commissioner for eight years and was later selected by his peers to chair the commission for six of those years. Adam also was a member of his local planning commission, a tax increment finance board, an economic development board and a non-profit board assisting at-risk children. He served on the Michigan Association of Counties Worker’s Compensation Board for eight years and went on to be elected to the Michigan Association of Counties Board of Directors.
Adam started his own company and has successfully consulted on campaigns throughout the state of Michigan. His experience ranges from local government races to statewide and Congressional races. In addition, he has consulted on a Michigan Supreme Court race and served as the manager for a Michigan gubernatorial campaign.
Adam attended Michigan State University where he studied Public Administration.
